We started OmniaStay because we'd seen too many luxury trips that looked great on paper and fell apart in the details. The wrong room, the late transfer, the restaurant that wasn't worth the hype. We thought: we can do this better.
We're based in Milan, and that shapes how we work - an eye for beauty, yes, but also a genuine obsession with getting things right. We've grown since those early days, but the idea is the same: your trip should feel like it was made by someone who actually cares whether you enjoy it.
